SO, you know that post that I wrote less than a week ago? This is crazy ironic but literally just a few hours later, ideas starting flowing into my head and they haven’t stopped. I figured out what I want to do!!!! I’ve never been so clear about my vision and I am beyond excited. It’s a pretty incredible feeling. I can’t believe it’s actually happening to me. 
(<—because I couldn’t find a happy dance smiley)
I have many details to iron out so I don’t want to share the exact plan with you just yet. But I will say that while I’m working on my business plan, a website, my client list, etc. I will also be turning my kitchen into a culinary school to train myself. 
The Professional Pastry Chef arrived at my doorstep yesterday and I lost 3 hours of my life just browsing through it and dreaming of all the things I’ll be learning to make.

You are such a tease! In the meantime, enjoy the cooking challengs. I have a similar textbook I bought after my friend used it in hospitality cooking clasa. The only downside at least of the one I have is everything is in massive quantities and requires serious scaling down.
Can you at least give us a hint?

I just read the post you linked to and can’t believe how similar you sound to me. I felt aimless for several years after college, and considered careers in cooking, fitness and nutrition. After lots of agonizing, I *finally* found a program that will (hopefully) allow me to combine all three!

Not sure what this exciting news is yet! BUT I have a friend who gave up a $90 thousand year job to start up her own online pastry chef business and is doling gang busters! She specializes in truffle cake pops of all varieties. It CAN happen! Just believe! It’s the season for that! : )
