I know I’ve mentioned here a few times that my lower back has been acting up. I’ve been going to physical therapy for months and haven’t had any pain in the last 2 weeks… so I went to yoga. In the first 3 minutes, I literally felt something POP and then I fell to the ground. I haven’t been in this much pain in a long time. It bad!
I saw a chiropractor yesterday and am hoping that with lots of rest, icing and stretching (specific areas – apparently I’m unbalanced), I can get back to my life.
