		<description>I tend to get the urge to eat junk if I&#039;m out and I&#039;m starving! So, I always try to be prepared with healthy alternatives.   Plus, there is usually some sort of grocery store near everywhere I go besides school.  That makes life easier.  Another thing that helps me is the non-junk alternatives:  Amy&#039;s meals, Newmans versions of cookies and candy.  Not that these are all the most nourishing eats but they are better than their artificial-ingredient-filled originals.</description>

		<description>I think Shannon and I have the same problem; when I eat a lot of sugar, it&#039;s at the forefront of my mind when I have a craving. Nothing else satisfies.

I try to eat well, or at least modify what I eat so I feel less guilty about what I&#039;m putting in my body. I&#039;ve cut out all white flour,  buy whole wheat foods, buy organic fruit and meat, and stay away from sugary drinks (minus coffee, but c&#039;mon-it&#039;s coffee). I could stand to eat more veggies, but Kyle hates them and I can never eat them fast enough on my own before they go bad.

But it always comes back to sugar. It&#039;s my drug of choice, and sometimes it&#039;s consuming and bothersome, and I worry I over do it too often  /:</description>

I find that when I eat a lot of sugar, I really crave it.  I do have to draw a line sometimes and almost get it out of my system, in order for the cravings to abate.</description>
