It defrosted perfectly and was amazingly fresh. Let's just say I had another slice (or 2) today ;) Thanks, Erin!!! Hope to see you guys soon. :)

Lara, yeah – we wrapped it in like 5 layers of plastic wrap, and then 3 layers of foil, and never touched it until a few days ago when I transferred it into the fridge. It defrosted perfectly and was amazingly fresh. Let’s just say I had another slice (or 2) today ;)

I'm not sure if you guys did it this way too, but I think the secret was wrapping it really well and then not opening the container all year! It was so moist and delicious!
