I’m going to NY this weekend! It’s actually rainy and nasty here in Boston so I really hope we’re greeted with better weather there. We have a super fun weekend planned, starting with a dinner at Rouge Tomate – a healthy upscale restaurant (I want them to have one in Boston!!). I can’t wait!! I won’t post again until Sunday night, when I’ll announce the winner of my Holey Donuts giveaway (enter here, there is still time!)
So yeah, I wanted to tell you why I’ll be MIA for a few days, and also wanted to share a fun healthy dessert I whipped up the other day. I was feeling crappy and wanted something bad for me. Well we had nothing “bad” in the house, so I decided to get creative. I grabbed 2 whole wheat cinnamon graham crackers (TJ’s), topped them with TJ’s european style nonfat yogurt and a good sized dollop of cherry preserves on top. This was so sweet, creamy and delicious… and the best part – it was healthy! I’m not going to lie – I went back for another round after polishing these off 😉
