So it’s 10pm, I just stuffed my face with dinner and I have to wake up at 4 something to go to NY for an all day conference I just found out about today.  This is going to have to be quick :)

BEST MEAL OF THE DAY

I used TJ’s ww dough with 2% cheddar, TJ’s pizza dough, lean ground turkey, black beans and some spinach.  What you see above is actually 1 slice worth of pizza dough, but you should double the picture above because I went back for seconds :) Sorry, no time to calculate the calories…

OTHER EATS

TJ's nonfat european style yogurt, 1/2 banana, some freeze dried banana slices, dried cherries, pb puffins, chocolate granola and natural peanut butter

WORKOUT

I woke up bright and early to do the Level 2 of Shred (I think I’m at day 18).  I am not a morning person at all, but somehow it seemed to be easier this morning than last night.  And I loved being done with it before 7am!  There may be more morning workouts in my future :) Workout stats:

  • Duration: 0:25 + stretching
  • Calories burnt: 204 (40% fat)
  • Ave HR: 144 (74%); Max HR: 188 (98%)

During lunch I took a spinning class. I was actually really excited for it, so that made for an extra fun (and tough) workout.  I really got into it 😉 Spinning stats:

  • Duration: 0:41 + stretching
  • Calories burnt: 407 (35% fat)
  • Ave HR: 159 (82%); Max HR: 199 (103%)

I won’t be able to blog tomorrow. I’ll be literally gone all day. K, gotta run! 😀

    I’d say have a fun day, but it’s more likely you’ll only see NY from the inside of a conference room.

    I still want to try one of those muffins. We should have a baking day :)

    How did you get the dough so thin & crisp? I’m a mess with rolling out pizza dough :(

    Bummer about the Zoe’s bar – I’ve only tried the PB flavor so far, and didn’t like it. Guess they oughtta stick with granola!

    I didn’t like teh Zoe’s bars either!! And I felt bad because they sent me a box of them…the only one I like was the chocolate flavor, but the PB and the Choc. PB were so werid! Glad I’m not the only one!

    Lauren, it was crazy frustrating to roll the dough. I’m really no good at it. The result was well worth it though :) I love pizza!!
